Quick Posture Check-In

The posture you adopt has a significant impact on how you move and how you use your body. It determines what muscles and joints become stiff, or loose, and what muscles become active or inactive or even overactive (persistent knots or spasms). 

In this video, I demonstrate a quick and simple posture check that you can perform in under a minute and then a few simple movement exercises to reduce the dreaded forward head and restore height. You will see some immediate results and hopefully be able to carry the principles with you to make long-term changes.
