Less Neck Pain In 2-Minutes

*low difficulty neck posture Mar 14, 2023

We all spend a lot of time sitting. Be it on a couch or at a desk over a computer screen this position causes your head to migrate forward in front of your shoulders. When that happens you are forced to look up using only the upper neck while the lower neck bends forward in the opposite direction. This creates a hinge point in the neck forcing most of the movement to come from just one area of your spine, instead of evenly distributed throughout the entire neck and upper back. The more joints that participate in movement the more the burden is shared creating less pain and wearing on your vertebrae and discs. This 2-minute exercise will retrain you to move your head using the entire spine alleviating pain, strain, and muscle tension.
