I understand what it is like to suffer with joint pain. I know the toll it takes to be unable to comfortably hold your grandchild. The anxiety caused when you are in the middle of a crosswalk and the signal starts flashing "Don't Walk". The anxiety of being unsure if a public restroom toilet will be so low that you will have to struggle to stand up. 

As a physical therapist specializing in joint health, I have heard countless stories from hundreds of patients about how arthritis and joint pain affects their lives. I understand the toll this takes physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have spent decades helping people overcome these obstacles and live fuller more active lives. I want to do the same for you.

With so much information out there, it is hard to know what will actually help you and what is nonsense. Should I take pills or injections or buy that fancy brace on tv that makes joint pain “disappear”? Should I have surgery or can I get better with exercise? Are exercises even safe for someone like me? These are questions I answer for my patients every day as I help them learn how to relieve their joint pain and live well with arthritis.

My goal is to help you better understand your condition and teach you the tools to overcome it so you can get back to doing the things you love. I want to share my knowledge through my FREE weekly live classes, blog posts, Facebook Group, In-Depth courses, and personal consultations.

About Dr. Dave 

Dr. Dave developed his unique method for relieving arthritis pain by combining his decades of clinical practice as a physical therapist and his background as a champion gymnast and springboard diver. Refining this method over thousands of treatments for arthritis patients Dr. Dave inspires and empowers them to overcome their limitations and regain the ability to do the things they love. 

He has shown that everyone has the ability to improve no matter their age, diagnosis, or physical ability. With the right guidance, understanding, and commitment you have the ability to feel better.

About the Method

All movement breaks down to the same simple fundamental pieces. This method will teach you how to identify fundamental movements, refine them, and then integrate them into your everyday activities. The method goes well beyond the basic repetitious exercises of standard fitness programs. It allows you to analyze how you move and then retrain movements to automatically integrate into your everyday activities. With just 20-30 minutes per day, a few days per week, you will reduce pain, improve mobility, and get back to doing the things you want to do.
